  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice
  • 2 cups of water
  • Coriander leaves (chopped to garnish)

Instructions

4. Then, add in the chicken and stir-fry until it's cooked through.

5. Once the chicken is cooked, add in 2 cups of water, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of salt. Bring it to a boil.

6. Lower the heat and simmer for about 15 minutes.

7. After 15 minutes, add in 1 tablespoon of fish sauce and 1 tablespoon of lime juice. Simmer for another 5 minutes.

8. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rice.
